AutoCAD design and specification
We produce each phase of a project in-house, from planning done by the engineering department through sourcing, bidding, and final installation. Each of our designers are experienced and specialized in the foodservice industry, so they can anticipate and avoid problems while still in the planning stage.
Personalized project management
BRC offers the highest level of project management available—a principal and at least two project managers personally oversee each project team so that someone is always available to pick up your phone call and ensure tasks are completed on time, on spec, and on budget. Staff are matched by expertise to each project so that you get the specialized attention your project needs.
Expert sales and contract administration

Specialized field installation and supervision
We approach our business as a professional trade. We deliver, uncrate, and set your equipment in place, including stainless steel welding and polishing as well as millwork, granite, and Corian® installation. Nothing will come directly from the factory unless you request that deliveries be drop-shipped, and we work hand in hand with you on deliveries so that you get pieces only as they are needed onsite:
